Terms of Service

findqr.app sells small QR stickers and provides a web service that displays your contact information when someone scans them. When you claim a sticker, you control what data is shown publicly.

You must be 18 or older to use this service or have a parent or legal guardian's consent. By using the service, you confirm you meet these requirements.

You agree to:

• Provide accurate information when signing up
• Keep your account credentials secure (we'll never ask for your password)
• Notify us if you suspect unauthorized access
• Be responsible for what you put in your profile

You agree NOT to use the service to:

• Impersonate another person or business
• Post illegal, harassing, hateful, or harmful content in your profile
• Share contact information that isn't yours
• Use the service to deceive, scam, or defraud others
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse our systems
• Resell our stickers as your own product

We may suspend or delete accounts that violate these rules, with or without notice.

Prices are shown in NIS (₪) or USD ($) as appropriate, and shipping is added at checkout before you pay. Payments are processed by Shopify. You can cancel within 14 days of delivery while the stickers are unused; once a sticker has been applied or its code claimed, that pack can no longer be returned — see our refunds policy for full details.

United States: orders are fulfilled from within the US and delivered within 7 business days of payment.

Israel: orders ship within 3 business days of payment, and typically arrive a day or two after that.

If we can't deliver within the window stated above, we'll email you with a revised date, and you can either accept it or cancel for a full refund — you don't have to give a reason, and we'll refund promptly. This applies whether or not the delay is the courier's fault.

We work hard to keep findqr.app online and working, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted service. We may take the service down for maintenance, updates, or unforeseen technical issues, and we'll do our best to minimize disruption.

If the service is unavailable and someone scans your sticker during that time, they may see an error page. We're working to make this as rare as possible.

The findqr.app brand, website, and code are owned by Caspi Projects. The content you put in your profile remains yours — but by saving it, you grant us permission to display it publicly via the QR-scan flow (that's the entire purpose of the service).

findqr.app is provided “as is.” To the maximum extent allowed by law, Caspi Projects is not liable for:

• Items that were not returned to you despite our sticker being on them
• Misuse of your profile data by third parties who scan your sticker
• Indirect, consequential, or punitive damages

In no case will our total liability to you exceed what you paid us for the product in the previous 12 months.

You can delete your account anytime by emailing us. After deletion, your profile will no longer be visible when someone scans your stickers (they'll see a “not registered” page instead).

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. Disputes will be handled by courts in Tel Aviv.

We may update these terms occasionally. If we change them materially, we'll update the date above and notify active users by email. Continuing to use the service after the change means you accept the new terms.
