Refunds & Returns

We want you to be happy with your QR stickers. Here's how we handle returns, refunds, and replacements.

Defective or damaged stickers

If your stickers arrive damaged, defective, or unscannable, contact us within 7 days of receiving them. Send a photo of the issue to udicaspi@gmail.com and we'll ship a free replacement, no questions asked.

Lost in shipping

If your stickers don't arrive within 14 days of dispatch in Israel (or the courier's stated maximum for other destinations), contact us and we'll ship a free replacement.

Standard returns

Because QR stickers are tied to your account and we have no use for ones you've received and unwrapped, we don't accept standard returns simply because you changed your mind.

If you haven't received your stickers yet and want to cancel, email us before they ship and we'll refund the full amount.

Wrong product or quantity

If we accidentally sent you the wrong quantity or the wrong product, let us know within 7 days. We'll send the correct order at no extra cost and let you keep the original.

Refund process

If you qualify for a refund:

  1. Email us at the address above with your order number
  2. We'll confirm within 2 business days
  3. Refunds are processed back to the original payment method, and usually appear in your bank/card statement within 5–10 business days

Account vs product

Refunds apply to the physical product (the sticker pack). The digital service (your account, profile, dashboard) is provided free of charge alongside the sticker. If you delete your account but keep your stickers, the stickers will show a “not registered” page when scanned — they're no longer useful, but the purchase wasn't refundable at that point.
